Premium Carpet Cleaning

Let's face it, it's tough to get excited about the need to clean your carpet. At Dry Master Cleaning & Restoration we understand how you feel. So we try our best to make this process as seamless for you as we can. It's our desire to get in and do the job efficiently with as minimal "downtime" to you and your lifestyle as possible.

Are you struggling to maintain that fresh

new look on your carpet?

Your carpet takes a constant beating. That's why it is important to have it professionally cleaned on a regular basis. Our uniformed technicians will deep clean your carpets to safely and effectively remove the soil you can see and the hidden contaminants that cause carpets to wear out. This prolongs your carpets life by removing the abrasive particles and leaves your home feeling clean and fresh.

We offer three distinct cleaning methods to meet YOUR individual needs

Low moisture (non-residue dry foam & encapsulate)

Hot water extraction (a.k.a. steam cleaning)

           Dual process

Based on soil level, age and type of carpet, we determine the cleaning method that will be most effective on your homes carpet. This leaves you with the assurance that your carpet got the most thorough and effective cleaning possible.

So how did we become known as one of DFW's #1

carpet, area rug and air duct cleaning services?

We have a unique cleaning system that thoroughly cleans your carpet, leaving you with a cleaner, healthier home. All residential carpet cleaning jobs include our 9 Step Deep Cleaning Method.

Step 1:  Pre-Inspection

Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

Step 2:  Commercial Pre-vacuuming

We vacuum thoroughly with an industrial strength vacuum cleaner to remove dry soil and contaminants.  This is one of the most crucial steps in any cleaning process.

Step 3:  Furniture Moving

Our regular pricing includes moving and replacing light weight furniture like sofas, chairs, and tables.

Step 4:  Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

Step 5:  Pre-Grooming

If necessary, a professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil, pet hair, etc.

Step 6:  Deep Cleaning

Your carpet receives a deep thorough cleaning. Most clients prefer the non-residue dry foam/encapsulate  because it cleans all the way to the base of the carpet without leaving any sticky residues or damage from over wetting. With this method stains do not mysteriously reappear days later, you can walk on your carpet immediately with light traffic, and it is dry in 1-2 hours.

Step 7:  Carpet Protector Applied (optional but recommended)

Carpets protected with Premium Fiber Protector last longer, clean up easier and stay cleaner longer.

Step 8:  Post Grooming

Your carpet is groomed with a nylon pile lifter to bring all the fibers back to their full height. This helps the carpet dry faster and gives it a fresher, newer look.

Step 9:  Post Inspection

Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job.

Written Guarantee- All our work is guaranteed 100% in writing, because we want you to be a happy, long term customer. That's how we've stayed in business for over 23 years . . . pleasing one customer at a time.

Health Benefits

Clean carpet is a major part of a clean indoor environment. Your carpet is the largest "air filter" in your home, capturing soil, food particles, dander, pollen and a variety of other contaminants. Since gravity insures most of these contaminants will find there way down to the carpet, regular cleaning is important to remove them.
