6 Step Cleaning Process
Step 1 - Pre-Inspection
We will evaluate your floors to determine what approach is going to be most effective for the current condition of your floors. Different situations require different approaches and we treat each of our client's homes with individual and specific focus.
Step 2 - Area Preparation
We will prepare the areas surrounding the wood, making sure not to disturb any other connecting floor types. At this point all furniture that will be cleaned under is moved.
Step 3 - Dry Soil Removal
Our technicians sweep and vacuum the entire area, maximizing the results we obtain.
Step 4 - Cleaning
The cleaning process includes multiple applications of specialized cleaning solutions with state of the art equipment, PRODUCING NO DUST WHATSOEVER! Surface accumulations of common household pollutants such as food residues or pet oils are removed without abrading your floor to expose any bare wood.
Step 5 - Re-coating (optional but recommended)
You may opt to have your floors re-coated with a protective finish during the wood floor cleaning process. Protected wood floors last longer, clean up easier and stay cleaner longer.
Step 6 - Post Inspection
Our technician will walk through the areas with you to make sure you're thrilled with the results.
All of our work is guaranteed 100% in writing because we want you to be a happy, long term client. That's how we've stayed in business, pleasing one customer at a time.
